We’re seeking a motivated and creative Corporate Communication and Events Manager to promote and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
This role is essential in planning and executing both internal and external events that strengthen our team bonds, celebrate achievements, and align with our organizational values.
As a key player in our company culture, you’ll work closely with our whole People & Culture Team, Marketing Team, Finance Team and other departments of the company to organize impactful team-building events and create memorable experiences that inspire our workforce and enhance engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Team-Building Program Development: Design, plan, and execute various team-building activities that foster teamwork, build morale, and strengthen company culture. Develop regular and large-scale team-building initiatives that appeal to different departments and employee interests. Organizing and monitoring all teambuilding around the company

  • Annual Team-Buildings and Events Calendar Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly calendar for team-building and corporate events, coordinating with HR, Marketing, and departmental heads to address company needs and align with strategic objectives

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Marketing, HR, and other departments to identify team-building needs and craft experiences that align with company goals. Integrate employee feedback into event planning to continuously enhance engagement

  • Internal Events Management: Lead the organization of company events, both on-site and off-site, ensuring all aspects—from initial planning to post-event evaluations—are handled smoothly and professionally. Continuously gather feedback to improve future events

  • Manage the newbies’ induction process in frames of onboarding: Welcome newly hired employees by executing the engagement plan, conducting company tours and presentations, ensuring and distributing our welcome kits and not only

  • Budgeting and Financial Tracking: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate expense tracking and adherence to allocated funds. Regularly update budget sheets and report financials to relevant stakeholders

  • Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Source, negotiate, and build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event service providers. Ensure reliable and cost-effective partnerships for all event needs

  • Employee Recognition and Celebration Programs: Collaborate with HR to design and implement recognition programs, such as branded gifts for birthdays, work anniversaries, other milestones and special days celebration. Oversee the end-to-end process for gift proposals design, procurement, and distribution

  • Project Management Tools: Utilize Jira for planning, tracking, and managing event-related tasks, and 1C for budget and vendor management, to ensure timely execution and accountability

  • Post-Event Reporting and Analysis: Document activities, gather attendee feedback, and prepare detailed post-event reports. Use insights from events and team-building activities to identify opportunities for improvement and provide monthly reports on employee engagement. Monitor responses to organized events

  • Internal Communication: Analyze metrics to continuously improve internal communication strategy, select and purposefully manage proper communication channels. Ensure alignment with company tone of voice, priorities, quality and up-to-date content

  • Other: Ensure consistent, proper and timely preparation and presentation of reports on activity results. Constantly be in contact, timely, and properly fulfill the verbal and written assignments of the direct manager
Required Qualifications:
  • Preferably degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Communication or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate event management (HR) or back-office operations (office management) with a strong track record of creating engaging and impactful events

  • Proficiency in Jira for project management and 1C for budget and vendor management (preferred)

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook skilled user

  • Experience of preparing and delivering engaging and informative presentations

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners

  • Excellent proficiency of Armenian and English Languages

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Creative and resourceful, with a passion for designing memorable experiences for employees
