Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates
- Create engaging, informative, and relevant content across all platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with online communities, customers, influencers, and industry leaders
- Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to stakeholders. Use data to optimize future campaigns
- Ensure brand voice and message remain consistent across all social media channels
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and the competitive landscape within the industry
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives
- Manage paid advertising on social media platforms, including creating ads, targeting audiences, and optimizing ROI
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers or industry partners to amplify social media presence and brand awareness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and/or retail.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools
- Solid understanding of customer behavior and user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on social media metrics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce trends, freight forwarding logistics
- Familiarity with SEO and paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in Russian and English
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with video content creation and editing
