Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-paced creative team. You will manage the production of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring creative assets are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. The role requires strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and an understanding of the creative industry’s unique marketing challenges, including compliance and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee creative marketing projects from brief to launch
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure smooth communication between creative, design, content, and marketing teams
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to bring campaign concepts to life
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable creative briefs
- Review creative outputs for brand consistency and quality
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to gambling regulations and brand standards
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inspire fresh creative approaches
- Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders regarding creative marketing deliverables
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership
- Manage feedback rounds and approval processes efficiently
- Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to review campaign results
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of gambling industry compliance and advertising regulations
- Experience working with international markets and multi-language campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM, digital advertising, and social media campaign processes
- Creative eye for design and copy
