Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with general advice about the company and its services
  • Clarify and resolve customer issues, addressing their concerns
  • Respond to messages received from various communication channels
  • Register orders given by customers into the program
  • Provide customers with information about delivered gifts and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations
  • Diligence, honesty and a high sense of responsibility
  • Multi-tasking, quickly learning abilities
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing situations and adapt quickly
