VOLO is looking for a curious and motivated Junior Marketing Specialist to join our business team and support the company’s positioning for international clients. The Junior Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist on SEO and the emerging field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), supporting VOLO’s visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms. We are looking for someone with a curious mindset, a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, and a genuine desire to explore, learn and grow. University students in their third year of studies or above are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and apply GEO practices: understand how AI answer engines find, select and cite companies, and help VOLO become one of the names they mention
  • Learn and apply the logic of semantic search: optimizing for meaning, intent and entities rather than keywords while keeping VOLO's information consistent and clearly structured across the web
  • Manage and optimize VOLO's presence on international B2B directories and listing platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, and others) to strengthen positioning for international clients
  • Monitor how VOLO appears in AI-generated answers and search results and report on visibility over time
  • Support on-page and content SEO: keyword research, structured content, metadata and other fundamentals
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Specialist with related marketing tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Ongoing university studies (3rd year or above) or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
  • Basic understanding of SEO logic (coursework, self-study, or hands-on projects all count)
  • Strong interest in, or willingness to quickly learn, how generative AI engines work, including the basics of semantic search: how AI understands meaning, context, and entities
  • Genuine interest in marketing, AI innovations and new technologies; scientific curiosity and desire to explore and learn
  • Strong written English skills (Upper-Intermediate and plus)
  • Organized, self-driven and comfortable researching topics independently
  • Good communication, organizational and documentation skills
