SoftConstruct is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist / VBET.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone communication in a professional and courteous manner
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings
- Document customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required, in the customer support system
Required Qualifications:
- Languages Armenian (Native speaker)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word ) for fill and tracking call metrics
- Google drive for fill and tracking call metrics
- Call Script Management Ability to use and adapt call scripts to suit different customer personas and situations while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Knowledge of Russian (B2-C1) will be an advantage
