Customer Service Specialist

• Providing information to customers about terms and conditions of bank services
• Loan repayments
• Replenishment/ withdrawal of bank and deposit accounts
• Conversion of cash, non-cash money and other valuables

• Higher education in Economics or Finance fields
• Knowledge of Armenian (excellent), Russian (good) and English (good) languages
• Good knowledge of MS Office
