Required Qualifications:
  • higher education
  • at least 1 year of work experience in customer service within the banking sector
  • excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes
  • good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs
  • sales and customer acquisition skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • customer-oriented and caring approach
  • willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • strong sense of initiative and responsibility
  • excellent command of Russian and English languages
