Career Factory is looking for a Customer Service Trainer (Contract-Based).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop training materials that address key customer service challenges and opportunities
  • Assess training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to ensure measurable improvements
  • Facilitate interactive workshops to engage employees in real-world scenarios
  • Ensure training programs align with organizational goals and customer experience standards
  • Assess and report on training effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Provide post-training feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role, with expertise in corporate training
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to customize training content for different audiences, industries and organizational needs
  • Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English, Russian is a plus
  • Availability for contract-based engagements with flexible scheduling
