Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Customer Support Agent (Japanese Language).
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat, email, and phone calls
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures and requests
- Translate database information about registered bets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and user experience
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese language both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage
- Experience in the field is an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to be patient and understanding
- Ability to work in shifts and on-site
