NeonFlux is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to our users across chat and email
  • Perform manual verification and handling of basic financial transactions
  • Resolve technical and financial issues quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Monitor the site for issues and report them to the internal team, working with global teams to resolve complex cases
  • Help with general admin tasks to support daily operations
  • Work on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications:
  • An intermediate or higher communicator in English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role
  • Familiar with Back-office systems
  • Knowledgeable about online sports or casino betting platforms is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating various support tools and systems
  • Friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others
