“Yerani Travel LLC” is looking for a “Customer Support Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing any inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the software
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the software to its fullest potential
- Collaborate with the development team to identify bugs, communicate customer requests, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential customers, and tailor software demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address their specific challenges

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience and proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, preferably within the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
