About the Role:

Please note that this job requires working in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 02:00, and 02:00 – 10:00)

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Turkish speaking Customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service through online and phone support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
  • Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
  • Inform customers about deals and promotions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Very good and precise written expression in Turkish and Armenian, other languages are a big plus
  • Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
  • Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
  • Customer/service oriented
  • Customer Service skills
