Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new EPM Coordinator ?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of company SIM cards, including issuance, replacement, suspension, activation, and return.
  • Provide SIM cards and related services to company employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of SIM cards, assigned phone numbers, employees, departments, tariffs, and current statuses.
  • Communicate with mobile service providers regarding activations, tariff changes, roaming services, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate and assign daily tasks within the Corporate IT Department according to department and priority
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain task lists, reports, documentation, and inventory records.
  • Cooperate with Corporate IT Support, Administration, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other internal departments.
  • Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the responsible team leader or Head of Corporate IT.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, customer support, telecommunications, IT support, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple requests and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of using ArmSoft, MS Office, and Jira.
  • Ability to prepare simple reports and keep documentation up to date.
  • Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn Corporate IT and EPM processes.
  • Knowledge of English and  Russian.
