Overview
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data using data mining techniques (Classification, Clustering, Regression, Anomaly or outlier detection)
- Make behavioral research and predict cardholders spending behavior
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enable them to make strategic decisions based on various facts and trends
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in large and complex data sets
- Analyze local and global trends in payment industry
- Create interactive dashboards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics (Master’s degree will be considered as a plus)
- At least three years of recent experience in analytics and research
- Good knowledge of programming languages like R or Python
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tableau or other BI software
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
