Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Data Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As a key player, you will oversee and drive data-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end data projects such as data warehousing, ETL, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, milestones, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Track and manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolutions across multiple teams
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, product, and IT teams to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery
  • Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for efficient project execution
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all teams to meet deadlines and project goals
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management within data, analytics, or technology domains
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing, and BI tools
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience working on data engineering and AI/ML initiatives is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
  • A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail
