Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Development of high quality database solutions
  • Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL, PL/SQL
  • Assist in maintaining and improving database operational efficiency
  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
  • Write complex queries for applications and business intelligence reporting
  • Responsible for integration with other systems and various reporting requirements
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements, analyze queries and resolve problems
  • ETL
  • Testing of created solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • BS degree (preferably Computer Science or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the sphere
  • Experience with MS SQL Server 2012/2016 and higher, PostgreSQL, including use of query analyzer, stored procedures, jobs and profiler
  • Experience in PL/SQL, T-SQL
  • Understanding of query execution plans
  • Good understanding of indexing, querying, and normalization
  • Good understanding of relational database management system
  • Ability to extract data from a data warehouse and package according to user needs
  • Experience with Power BI and SSRS
  • Familiarity with managing data in Excel
  • Understanding of XML/JSON
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Ability to work under pressure
