Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our products for clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and act as the main point of contact between our organization and the client during onboarding and rollout.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Product Implementations: Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple product implementation projects for enterprise clients.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and satisfaction.
  • Project Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product, engineering, service, and sales teams to align deliverables and remove roadblocks.
  • Process Improvement: Define and refine implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices for consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior implementation managers or coordinators to ensure high standards of execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management with a focus on product implementation or client onboarding.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex product implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
