SoftConstruct is on the search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Counsel in developing and implementing the organization’s legal strategy to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks associated with corporate operations, transactions, and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Law (or Bachelor’s degree in Law with strong academic credentials).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, contract negotiation, and compliance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a legal leadership, supervisory, or senior management role.
  • Deep operational experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven leadership experience in supervising legal professionals and managing corporate legal operations.
  • Strong understanding of business law, corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Excellent proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
  • Experience working in international corporate environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in legal research, documentation, and contract management tools.
