We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing B2B digital marketing strategies. We expect that our new team member will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and promoting our cutting-edge solutions to a targeted audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Breakout strategic objectives to the task level
  • Own and be accountable for the success of digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google, and programmatic advertising, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach and impact
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of the brand's messaging
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics
  • With the support of the internal creative and content team, create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, such as blogs, social media, videos, etc.
  • Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Research and analyze competitor websites and online presence
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Help create campaign messages, content for the campaigns and other marketing communications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven work experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools/platforms
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience in cooperation with marketing teams and external partners
  • English speaking/reading/comprehension is required
