Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design and build a custom business application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse as the core platform (not standalone Power Platform development). This role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse schema architecture, business logic implementation, and system integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a custom application using Dynamics 365 with Dataverse as the data backbone
  • Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
  • Implement business logic using C# Plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems via Dataverse APIs, Azure services, and REST endpoints
  • Configure security roles, data access models, and governance policies
  • Optimize performance and ensure scalability of the solution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Provide technical documentation and support user enablement when required
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture and schema design
  • Experience building model-driven apps within Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, and Power Automate
  • Experience integrating with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors
  • Understanding of security models and data governance in Dynamics 365
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Have:
  • Experience working in financial services or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments
