Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Build and run multi-channel communication campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Continuously run tests and experiments (copy, design, segments, channels)
  • Support deliverability and maintain sender reputation
  • Customer segmentation: assist in segmenting customer databases to deliver personalised and targeted marketing communications
  • Reporting: prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and suggest areas for improvement
  • Collaboration: work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager for 3+ years (B2C; iGaming experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey
  • Proficiency with customer engagement platforms
  • Understanding of user segmentation and logical operators
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and APIs
  • Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset
  • Keeping up with internet marketing trends
  • AI expertise is a strong plus
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
