SoftConstruct is looking for a Employee Performance Evaluation Auditor.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations of individual employees, teams, or departments to assess job efficiency and productivity
  • Review performance metrics, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and quality standards to measure effectiveness
  • Use observation, interviews, and data analysis to evaluate workflow processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, including productivity metrics, error rates, and output quality
  • Interpret data trends and patterns to identify root causes of inefficiencies and performance gaps
  • Utilize statistical methods and software tools to conduct comprehensive analysis and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to develop strategies for improving job efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation
  • Implement process improvements, training programs, or workflow changes to enhance employee productivity
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees based on evaluation findings and performance metrics
  • Communicate evaluation results and recommendations to employees, supervisors, and management teams
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and initiatives to address identified areas of weakness
  • Document evaluation findings, recommendations, and action plans in written reports or presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations, data analysis, and improvement initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports or presentations for management to communicate evaluation results and progress on performance improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in performance evaluation, process improvement, or related roles
  • Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis techniques and software tools
  • Knowledge of performance management principles, KPIs, and quality improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with auditing standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in workforce optimization
