  • Communicate and conduct outreach on behalf of the CCO: maintain alignment and trust with senior leaders at C-level and MD level across regions, and represent him professionally via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Plan and run team offsites end-to-end: concept, agenda, venue, accommodation, dining, transfers, rooming lists, and vendor coordination
  • Drive delivery of key commitments across the CCO’s direct reports and senior leadership
  • Own end-to-end coordination of cross-functional projects: timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery
  • Maintain dashboards, task trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility
  • Structure and improve internal workflows and planning processes; support cross-team coordination and information flow
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior EA, operations, or BizOps role in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work autonomously and make operational decisions without constant oversight
  • Advanced English, business fluent
Benefits:
  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
