Overview
Responsibilities:
- The ArmeniaManage the organization's current activities
- Ensure the execution of decisions made by the Assembly and the Council
- Direct and manage the properties of the organization, including financial resources
- Engage in transactions on behalf of the organization following the guidelines established in the Charter
- Represent the organization in the Republic of Armenia, as well as in international organizations and in foreign countries
- Exercise additional powers granted by law, the Assembly, and the Council.n Insurers' Union
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education in economics or finance
- At least 10 years of work experience in the financial and insurance sector, including 3 years in a management role in an insurance company
- Excellent proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve conflicts
- Stress resilience
- Effective time management skills
