Overview

Responsibilities:
  • The ArmeniaManage the organization's current activities
  • Ensure the execution of decisions made by the Assembly and the Council
  • Direct and manage the properties of the organization, including financial resources
  • Engage in transactions on behalf of the organization following the guidelines established in the Charter
  • Represent the organization in the Republic of Armenia, as well as in international organizations and in foreign countries
  • Exercise additional powers granted by law, the Assembly, and the Council.n Insurers' Union
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in economics or finance
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the financial and insurance sector, including 3 years in a management role in an insurance company
  • Excellent proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to independently resolve conflicts
  • Stress resilience
  • Effective time management skills
