“ASBC” LLC is looking for a Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the financial policy of the company, develop, and evaluate measures to ensure financial viability, manage finances based on the strategic goals and company development perspectives
  • Determine the sources of financing, ensure control over the observance of financial discipline, the state, movement and intended use of financial resources, timely and complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and receipt of income, the procedure for processing financial and economic operations, cash discipline
  • Take measures to ensure the solvency of the company, exercise operational control of cashflow
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of financial activities of the company, financial risks, develop measures to minimize them
  • Lead the work of the formation of the tax policy of the company, tax planning and optimization of taxation, improvement of accounting policies, fulfillment of tax obligations
  • Carry out interaction with credit organizations, banks, and other organizations
  • Manage the preparation of long-term and current financial plans and budgets of funds, fulfill the indicators of the approved system of budgets and the tasks, limits and standards arising from it, and ensure control over their implementation
  • Prepare financial statements in IFRS format, management reporting, analytical reporting for the purposes of consolidation, other corporate reporting
  • Participate in the discussion of sales plans, prepare proposals to increase business profitability, reduce costs
  • Monitor the confidentiality of financial information
  • Participate in the preparation of technical specifications for process automation, monitor the ERP system for the correctness of data reflection
  • Ensure that necessary financial information is provided to internal and external users
Required Qualifications:
  • Education in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Relevant work experience of more than 6 years
  • Excellent working knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Proficient user of 1C
  • Work ethic
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people with and without finance/accounting backgrounds are essential
