Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct desk research, benchmarking, market scans, data collection and preliminary analysis to support client engagements
  • Support senior team members in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information, identifying key findings and structuring practical recommendations
  • Assist in preparing clear, accurate and professional client deliverables, including reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals and other advisory materials
  • Contribute to project work in areas such as strategy, market assessment, operational and process improvement, organizational review, ESG and public sector or development assignments
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across BDO’s Advisory and other service lines as needed
  • Support internal knowledge development and selected business development efforts, including background research, credentials, proposal inputs and other practice development tasks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Management, Public Administration or another relevant field; strong academic performance will be considered an asset
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience; internships or trainee experience in consulting, advisory, research, finance, strategy, project management or related analytical roles are welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence in working with data and the ability to structure information clearly in Excel, PowerPoint and written reports; demonstrated interest in management consulting and business analysis will be considered an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of GenAI tools, including AI assistants and agent-based tools, and ability to use them effectively for research, analysis, drafting, and productivity enhancement
  • Strong command of Armenian and English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Russian, strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic professional services environment will be considered an asset
