Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR-related processes in collaboration with our outsourced partner
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors, including orders, supplies, and payments
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and expense control activities
  • Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee document flow, financial records
  • Prepare and analyze daily and monthly financial reports
  • Ensure proper management of financial and documentation processes across our projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in financial management, audit, or operations coordination (a strong plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with the Tax Service e-reporting system (SRC)
  • Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • A self-driven mindset and high sense of responsibility
