Role overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality graphic designs that align with our brand standards and project goals. You’ll collaborate closely with a creative team, handling various design tasks and ensuring all outputs are consistent and visually impactful.
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative problem-solving skills and technical design expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in supporting design workflows and ensuring projects are completed on time and with precision.

Responsibilities:
  • Create banner sets and resize creatives across multiple formats and placements.
  • Adapt existing visuals for affiliate campaigns while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Work with static promotional materials for affiliate traffic channels.
  • Prepare and organize source files in Figma and Photoshop for efficient production.
  • Maintain visual consistency across affiliate marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to deliver creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Strong practical skills in Photoshop and Figma.
  • Experience creating banners and handling high-volume resizes.
  • Good understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and adapt creatives accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with repetitive production tasks.
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates solid banner production and adaptation skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic retouching and compositing skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
