Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-quality visual materials for all platforms, including social media graphics (FB, IG, Telegram, X), web assets, and print deliverables (posters, flyers, brochures, ads, and digital signage)
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative team to translate strategic marketing direction into original concepts, developing designs by hand or with software based on specific project requirements
  • Successfully format and design visual concepts for major new campaign launches while maintaining and updating ongoing tactical campaign materials to ensure fresh, relevant content
  • Own the correct application of brand standards across all personal deliverables, ensuring a coordinated, unified message and presence across all platforms and marketing channels
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle for assigned tasks, from initial sketching and concepting to participating in photo shoots and final "pixel-perfect" file preparation
  • Manage the design and delivery process within the team’s task management system (e.g., Jira, Asana), creating project timelines to ensure all deadlines are strictly met with minimal errors
  • Adapt approved design directions into various required sizes and formats, maintaining a high level of craft in typography, hierarchy, and technical export standards
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Lead Designers, and counterparts in Social, Field Marketing, and PR to refine designs based on constructive feedback and performance data
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design techniques, social media trends, and software advancements to ensure the brand’s visual output remains cutting-edge and competitive
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the gambling, gaming, or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual identity development
  • Strong technical knowledge of print and digital production, including file setup, export optimization, and version control
  • Familiarity with social media design strategy, content trends, and best practices; knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or AI design tools is a major plus
  • High organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and turn designs around within small windows of time with minimal errors
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design solutions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to provide technical guidance to junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the commitment to work outside standard hours when necessary to meet critical project deadlines
