SQUARE SIGNS ARMENIA is looking for a Growth focused Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue
- Manage and optimize social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships to enhance visibility
- Drive growth in email marketing campaigns by optimizing engagement and conversion rates through strategic segmentation and automation
- Plan, implement, or coordinate performance marketing campaigns ( Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI
- Utilize SEO, content marketing, and A/B testing to drive website traffic and improve lead generation
- Leverage analytics tools to track marketing effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and optimize customer acquisition channels
- Stay updated on growth marketing trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other digital marketing teams to implement innovative marketing strategies
- Integrate traditional marketing strategies when needed to complement digital efforts
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Deep understanding of the USA market and consumer behavior
- Expertise in growth hacking techniques, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and email automation
- Experience in SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analytics
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, conduct experiments, and implement successful strategies
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver results
- Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing is preferred
- Experience with traditional marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
