Overview

Growth Formula is our flagship learning and recruitment program. Over two months of full-time, on-site execution, you’ll work on live TCF projects, master advanced AI workflows, and collaborate with industry leads. Top performers receive direct full-time offers to join our global team.

Responsibilities:
  • 2 months full-time engagement in trainings
  • Rotate through two TCF departments over a 4-week period, learning hands-on workflows in each
  • Complete a 2-week Advanced AI course and apply those AI workflows directly to ongoing TCF projects
  • Collaborate daily with TCF domain leads and mentors, incorporating feedback in real time
  • Take part in daily workshops, team rotations, and real-time execution sprints, Monday to Friday
  • Deliver a final strategic project that demonstrates applied marketing and AI skills
  • Move through the selection process: group interviews, individual interviews, background check, and (for finalists) a trial week
  • After training, become a full-time team member of the global team, placed in one of TCF's departments based on performance and fit
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with clear, professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompting, or a demonstrated ability to pick them up quickly (no formal AI background required)
  • No marketing degree needed, but genuine interest in digital marketing and AI-driven growth
  • Available for a full-time, on-site commitment in trainings in Yerevan for two months
  • Available for a full-time, onsite position afterward
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable iterating fast on live projects with real stakes
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative on complex, ambiguous challenges

Note: Growth Formula isn't an AI training course on its own, it's a combined training-and-hiring program. The AI and marketing skills are the vehicle; the goal is a full-time TCF offer for top performers at the end.
