Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients (wine bars, restaurants, cafés, retail shops, etc.) while presenting our wines in line with brand guidelines
  • Regularly follow up with current partners, building and maintaining strong relationships for lasting partnerships
  • Participate in brand events, lead tastings and presentations, and engage with new clients
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on business growth
  • Identify new distribution channels and explore innovative ways to increase brand visibility
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest adjustments to sales strategies as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in sales, business development, management, or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Effective time management skills, including prioritization and adaptability
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Familiarity with technology tools such as Excel, Google Docs, Trello, and Slack
