Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of Account Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, ensuring they meet performance and revenue goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage professional growth within the team
- Provide regular performance feedback and identify training needs for team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- Regularly communicate product updates, promotions, and new offerings to clients, ensuring they are well-informed
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to align business goals and strategies
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product optimization
- Oversee the management of client accounts to ensure timely resolution of issues and excellent service delivery
- Monitor account performance, ensuring clients are maximizing the value of the company’s products and services
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and team metrics for senior management
- Use data analytics to identify trends and implement strategies for client retention and growth
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy
- Work closely with internal teams, such as product management and customer support, to ensure client needs are met
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns aimed at client engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in account management for the iGaming/Web 3 industry
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics
- Detailed and customer service oriented
