SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of Account Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, ensuring they meet performance and revenue goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage professional growth within the team
  • Provide regular performance feedback and identify training needs for team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Regularly communicate product updates, promotions, and new offerings to clients, ensuring they are well-informed
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to align business goals and strategies
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product optimization
  • Oversee the management of client accounts to ensure timely resolution of issues and excellent service delivery
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring clients are maximizing the value of the company’s products and services
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and team metrics for senior management
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and implement strategies for client retention and growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as product management and customer support, to ensure client needs are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns aimed at client engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in account management for the iGaming/Web 3 industry
  • Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics
  • Detailed and customer service oriented
