Overview

We are looking for an Head of AI Technologies to help the company adopt AI across departments, reduce manual work, improve sales performance, and build internal AI-powered tools, scripts, platforms, and agents. This is not a traditional AI engineering role. We are looking for a visionary technology leader who can identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can fundamentally improve how the company operates, sells, supports customers, develops products, and scales globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify where AI can replace repetitive employee tasks or reduce workload across the company
  • Create AI agents, scripts, dashboards, automations, and internal platforms that improve productivity
  • Support sales growth by building AI tools that improve lead generation, customer conversion, upselling, retention, and reporting
  • Upgrade existing company software and workflows with AI features where useful
  • Help position and promote the company as a modern AI-driven hosting, cloud, and SaaS company
  • Audit company departments and workflows to find opportunities where AI can save time, reduce staff workload, or improve quality
  • Build AI agents for support, sales, billing, customer onboarding, internal operations, monitoring, reporting, and admin tasks
  • Create internal AI tools, scripts, and platforms that automate repetitive processes and reduce manual employee dependency
  • Use AI development tools such as Lovable and similar platforms to quickly design and prototype internal dashboards, admin tools, landing pages, and automation systems
  • Work with developers to integrate AI features into existing company products, admin panels, portals, CRM systems, and internal workflows
  • Create AI-powered sales tools such as lead scoring, customer segmentation, churn prediction, smart recommendations, upsell suggestions, and automated follow-up systems
  • Build prompt libraries, reusable workflows, and AI operating procedures for teams inside the company
  • Improve customer support efficiency using AI chatbots, ticket classification, suggested replies, knowledge-base automation, and escalation logic
  • Create marketing and promotional AI systems for content generation, SEO ideas, competitor research, landing page copy, product positioning, and campaign automation
  • Design clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces for internal tools and customer-facing AI products
  • Test new AI technologies, tools, APIs, and platforms, then recommend which ones should be adopted by the company
  • Create documentation, training materials, and internal guides so teams can use the AI tools correctly
  • Track results using KPIs such as reduced work hours, faster ticket handling, higher conversion rate, improved sales, reduced support load, and lower operational cost
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of AI tools, AI agents, LLMs, prompts, workflows, and automation concepts
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, internal platforms, automations, scripts, or business workflows
  • Good knowledge of AI development platforms such as Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Bolt, Make, Zapier, n8n, LangChain, OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar tools
  • Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated AI systems
  • Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, webhooks, databases, and backend/frontend integration is strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of SaaS platforms, hosting businesses, customer portals, admin panels, CRM systems, or sales funnels
  • Ability to create clean UI/UX designs or work closely with designers to produce modern, high-quality interfaces
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the mindset to improve company efficiency through automation
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain AI ideas to technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to research, test, compare, and implement new AI tools quickly
