Evocabank is looking for a Head of Corporate Business.

Responsibilities:
  • develop and implement strategic plans for the corporate banking business line to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability
  • identify market trends and opportunities to drive the development of new products and services tailored to corporate clients
  • collaborate with senior management to align corporate banking strategies with the Bank’s overall business goals
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
  • develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration
  • lead negotiations and close deals for corporate banking products and services
  • monitor and manage the performance of the corporate unit, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
  • implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • analyze financial performance, market trends, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations
  • foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
  • provide strategic direction and mentorship to the corporate business team
  • collaborate with senior executives to define and execute corporate strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion
Required Qualifications:
  • bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record in management and business development
  • significant experience in leadership and team management, including developing and executing strategies and overseeing daily operations
  • strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and financial management
  • proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions
  • proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, and staff
  • strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure business deals and manage client expectations
  • flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs
  • strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • good command of Russian and English languages
