Wicked Live Armenia is looking for an experienced Head of HR & Administration to help build and scale our organisational structure and support the company’s continued growth.

This role combines HR leadership, HR administration, organisational development, facility coordination, and cross-functional management. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior management and coordinate people-related and operational processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies covering, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage daily HR administration, including employee records, contracts, personnel documentation, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning, including international hiring and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with Armenian labour and employment legislation, tax and migration requirements.
  • Coordinate work permits and employment-related processes for international employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
  • Support company culture, employee engagement, and effective internal communication.
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll, employee data, salary changes, and payments.
  • Work closely with Operations, Administration, Facility, Finance, Legal, IT & Infrastructure, and Product teams.
  • Improve organisational structures and processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare workforce reports and provide HR insights to the CEO and Executive Board.
  • Support performance reviews, KPI processes, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Handle employee-related conflicts and escalations, involving Legal or Security when necessary.
  • Implement and improve HRIS and digital HR tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Administration, Organisational Development, or a related management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Armenian labour legislation and employment requirements.
  • Experience with recruitment, employment contracts, personnel documentation, and HR administration.
  • Experience with international recruitment and employee relocation processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools.
  • Fluent Armenian and English.
