Overview

The Head of PR and Marketing at Digitain Armenia will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s public image, driving brand awareness, and spearheading marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This leadership role demands a dynamic individual with a strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in public relations, marketing, event management, and strategic corporate responsibility (SCR) within the tech or iGaming industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy that supports Digitain’s business objectives, enhances brand visibility, and positions the company as a market leader.
  • Public Relations: Manage all aspects of public relations, including media relations, corporate communications, crisis management, and event planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, journalists, and stakeholders.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. Lead initiatives to strengthen the Digitain brand Armenia.
  • Digital Marketing: Supervise digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events, including conferences, CSR and charity events, and industry trade shows. Ensure events align with Digitain’s strategic objectives and reinforce brand messaging.
  • CSR Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement Digitain’s strategic corporate responsibility  initiatives, aligning them with the company’s values and business goals. Drive CSR programs that enhance community engagement, environmental sustainability, and ethical business practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PR and marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Implement/manage market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitive positioning. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and drive growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the PR and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • KPI/Team management: Manage the Digitain Armenia Marketing team and implement strategies so the team meets the department KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or public relations managerial roles
  • Outstanding analytical skills—being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions
  • In-depth understanding of social media

  • Budget management skills
