Picsart is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global user acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives. This role is critical in driving scalable and sustainable growth by leveraging data-driven strategies across multiple digital marketing channels. As a key leader within the marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing performance campaigns, managing budgets efficiently, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate networks.
  • Lead a team of  marketers, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and driving execution
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with product, data and creative teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance marketing performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and leverage AI-driven insights for scaling campaigns effectively.
  • Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition efforts in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Youtube etc.), attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Data-AI/Sensor Tower
  • Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
