Overview
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, and other HR-related correspondence
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and records
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Armenian labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance to management and employees on employment-related matters
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend updates to HR policies and procedures as needed
- Support audits and inspections related to labor compliance
- Manage end-to-end visa, work permit, residency permit, and immigration processes for expatriate employees and their dependents
- Coordinate with government authorities, immigration offices, embassies, and external service providers
- Track visa and permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals
- Maintain accurate records of all immigration-related documentation
- Provide support and guidance to expatriates regarding relocation and legal requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Assist in resolving administrative HR issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare HR reports, employment statistics, and compliance documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR administration experience, preferably within Armenia
- Strong knowledge of Armenian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience processing expatriate visas, work permits, and residency applications
- Experience liaising with government agencies and immigration authorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Armenian labor legislation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Fluency in Armenian and English
- Experience in multinational organizations
- Familiarity with international mobility and relocation processes
Nice To Have:

- HR certification or relevant professional training
