Overview
We are looking for an HR Service Delivery and Analytics Manager to lead and optimize HR operations while delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, diversity, employee engagement, etc
- Develop standard, periodic and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and performance indicators
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by management and business stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights for reports
- Analyze and present market trends to identify potential issues and opportunities
- Automate regular reports that are required for HR and the wider business
- Work with HR team to understand data needs, design data models, and provide recommendations to improve HR processes
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive pay practices, conduct market analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits
- Support the design and implementation of compensation structures
- Assist in the preparation and development of the annual HR budget, including salaries, benefits, learning & development, teambuilding's, other internal events, and other HR-related expenditures
- Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting variances between actual spending and budget projections
- Monitor and track HR expenditures against the budget, identifying areas for potential cost savings
- Work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that improve decision making and overall organizational performance
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements
- Train and support HR team members on the use of dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Manage the end-to-end process of internal HR surveys, including design, distribution, data collection, and reporting of insights
- Coordination of HR Warehouse Operations
- Coordinates with external partners on system development projects—prepares requirement documents, follows up on implementation progress, and supports system testing
- Oversees the day-to-day functionality of HR systems, ensuring they run efficiently through regular maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensures HR systems reflect current organizational design and that dependent features, like approval flows and directory settings, are properly adjusted
- Leads HR data cleanup efforts, analyzes HRIS data for inconsistencies, and identifies opportunities to enhance employee data collection methods
- Manages the delivery of new employee materials and the setup of system permissions within designated timelines
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Management, Psychology, or a related area. Data Science courses completion is a plus
- 5+ years of proven work experience in corporate environment, of which 2-3 in managerial position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR data analyst
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, HR analytics tools (Power BI), and data visualization best practices
- Prior leadership or management experience in a cross-functional HR environment
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
