Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring delivery on time
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of the CRM system (Bitrix24)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Analyze and improve business processes, drive automation initiatives -Oversee system rollout and adoption, ensuring effective usage across teams
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of Project Management experience
  • PMP certification or formal training in Project Management methodologies is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks and tools
  • Experience with process improvement and workflows
  • Understanding of system integrations (APIs, data flows)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
