“TeamViewer Armenia” is looking for a “IT Administrator, Service Desk (all genders)”.


- Provide comprehensive support to all company departments, being the primary point of contact for internal IT issues via the IT Service Desk hotline
- Resolve help desk tickets efficiently within established SLAs by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Create and escalate tickets to relevant teams for complex technical issues
- Assist the internal IT department in various tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations and effective support services
- Working hours are from 18:00-09:00 (night shift only)
- Working days for the first week are
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For the second week are
- Tuesday and Thursday

Required Qualifications:

- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Preferably, possess at least 1 year of professional experience in technical support roles
- Mandatory fluency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and teams
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Windows® 10, along with basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and Operating systems
- Strong communication skills combined with a passion for assisting people in resolving technical issues
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver timely and accurate results
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with ticketing systems such as FreshService is considered advantageous
