Acba Bank OJSC is looking for a IT Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs provided by the structural divisions of the Bank, prepare necessary suggestions related to solving business problems
- Prepare documents related to software solutions (PRD, User Story), ensure Backlog
- Prepare documents related to technical descriptions of software/information infrastructures and business processes
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a business analyst
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
