Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Partners to understand and document business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven solutions that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with the technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements while ensuring scalability and efficiency
  • Provide support during implementation and rollouts of new systems
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, user stories
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams, ensuring that both sides are aligned in terms of objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Work with QA teams to ensure that the developed solutions meet the business requirements and that proper testing is done before deployment
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-focused environment or a related role
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and integration technologies
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and IT systems, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Familiarity with IT systems, databases, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and communicate complex information in a simple and effective manner
