Overview
UNICOMP CJSC is looking for a IT Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and generate new sales leads, build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, and close deals
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs and challenges by conducting detailed consultations, offering tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and the company's product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products and services, both virtually and in person
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Customer Retention: Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical support, and account management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
- Sales Skills: Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Language Proficiency
- Armenian: Fluency in both written and verbal Armenian at a good level is required to interact with Armenian-speaking clients and colleagues
- English: Proficiency in written and verbal English at a good level is essential for communicating with partners
- Certifications: Relevant IT or sales certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Salesforce) are a plus
