Judicial acts enforcement assurance lawyer organizes and ensures the operation of Judicial acts enforcement assurance section

Responsibilities:
  • Organization of works related with submission of enforcement order to the RA MJ CES:
  • Verification of enforcement order;
  • Verification of availability of debt;
  • Drafting notes addressed to CES;
  • Drafting documents subject to be submitted to CES;
  • Addressing corresponding questions to the Department of Finance and Accounting, Information Systems Department and provision of requested data.
  • Examination of materials of enforcement proceedings, if necessary drafting notes and submission to CES;
  • Provision of information requested by CES representatives
  • Entry of corresponding data into electronic database;
  • Submission of monthly reports to the line manager;
  • Organization of works related with document flow and control over their implementation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher legal education;
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience;
  • Good knowledge of respective legal sphere: procedural and compulsory law;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent team working skills;
  • Good language skills: Armenian, English, Russian;
  • Computer skills (MS Office);
  • Ethical behavior;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Adaptability/flexibility;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Problem solving skills.
