Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on international corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global business operations
- Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with international customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Ensure that contractual agreements align with international legal requirements and business objectives
- Assist in preparing print-ready legal documents for senior management review
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in key international markets
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and international compliance regulations
- Liaise with external legal counsel and specialists to resolve complex legal matters
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in international corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance
- Background in cross-border legal transactions and risk management
- Experience in drafting general and commercial contracts is required
- Strong knowledge of corporate and business law
- Excellent knowledge of English is required
- Proficiency in legal documentation and contract management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal processes, contract negotiation, and compliance
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with consumer law and regulatory compliance
- Master’s degree in Law
