Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
  • Test new features and verify that they meet business and functional requirements
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases and checklists
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UI testing
  • Identify, document, and report defects clearly
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing when required
  • Perform basic API testing using Postman
  • Test backend and frontend functionality based on provided requirements
  • Participate in sprint testing and release validation
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Maintain clear testing documentation
  • Continuously improve knowledge of QA tools, processes, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
  • Ability to create clear test cases and checklists
  • Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports
  • Basic understanding of client-server architecture
  • Basic knowledge of API testing concepts
  • Strong attention to detail
Nice To Have:
  • Basic experience with Postman is preferred
