Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the partners to create a project timeline, workplan and budget
  • Coordinate site and feasibility reviews with TUMO’s architectural team
  • Collaborate with TUMO specialists to validate technical and non technical procurement lists (e.g. hardware, software, furniture, fixtures and fittings)
  • Cooperate with the partner and TUMO internal stakeholders to plan and execute the staff hiring process
  • Initiate audits and reviews of marketing materials with support from TUMO’s experts
  • Coordinate site visits and training trips between the international partner team and TUMO HQ
  • Initiate, coordinate and execute delivery processes such as technical, content, translation and other materials
  • Provide interim operational guidance and support as part of the transition process
  • Follow up with all parties to ensure timely, accurate and smooth communication and information sharing
  • Perform other organizational and administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
  • A passion for digital education and innovation
  • At least three years of project management experience
  • Experience working with International partners or environment
  • Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong Google Suite and MS Office skills
  • Ability to assess and prioritize the different aspects of a situation or problem, identifying critical issues and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
